Professional Development for Teachers
Our Teacher Empowerment Program includes three teacher training programs that support teachers in implementing progressive teaching practices. These includes Literacy through Literature for primary school teachers, Everyday Science for science teachers, and Write to Think for secondary school teachers.

Learning Outcomes
Teachers will be empowered to successfully design reading lessons, adopt participatory and inclusive teaching methodologies, and restructure their classroom’s physical spaces through workshops and classroom demonstrations.
Activities
The Teacher Empowerment Program is a year-long program divided into a training phase and a support phase. The training phase will prepare teachers for the next school year, and the support phase will support teachers in their implementation of workshop learnings.
